Yoga practice as individual as you are.

We are all different which is why I also offer personal yoga training. Personal training allows me to focus on you alone, tailor your yoga practice to your individual needs and goals, and then support and motivate you along your yoga journey.

Reasons for personal training:

  • To aid recovery from injury or illness
  • To work intensely on improving posture, strength and flexibility
  • During or after pregnancy
  • You would prefer to practice at a time that suits you
